To better protect the security of your new Rimage system and to comply with information privacy laws, Rimage systems now ship with unique passwords for the default user account and the RimageSystem account. Please utilize the serial number of your system for the default user account when prompted for a password. This serial number is located inside the door in the front area of the system. Rimage recommends changing all default passwords for security.

This change does not affect the Rimage Recovery Discs. If a recovery disc is run in the field, the default passwords will be set to password1!.
