Symptom: Production Server immediately stops after successfully completing its configuration.
Possible Cause: A bad job in the Production Server job queue can cause it to crash.
Resolution: Delete the jobq.psMsg file.
1. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Rimage\Production Server
2. Delete the jobq.psMsg file.
3. Restart Production Server. Production Server will create a new jobq.psMsg file.
Tip: The jobq.psMsg file is normally 1 KB in size, a larger size may be an indication of a bad job that is causing the crash.
