Previously, user guides and other documentation would ask customers to visit "www.rimage.com/support/warranty-registration" for product registration. This registration process was required to activate the product's one year warranty and ensure priority was given when calling in for phone support.
This process is no longer used and your product's warranty is started by default when your system ships to you. To ensure you receive priority when calling in for support be sure to enter your product's serial number when prompted by our automated phone system.
