If your system is covered by a Rimage Rapid Exchange or Next Business Day maintenance agreement you are eligible to receive software updates from Rimage. If your system is NOT covered by a maintenance agreement, but IS covered by a separate Software Update Agreement you are also eligible to receive software updates. If your system does not fit into either category please contact Rimage Inside Sales to learn more about how to obtain software updates for your system.
To request a copy of the Rimage Software Suite, we will need your name, address and serial number of your Rimage autoloader or standalone printer. After we verify your agreement status, we will send you the update. Note: We must have all the information including the system serial number you want to update. If you have had a Rapid Exchange, we need the serial number of your current system, not the serial number from your original delivered system.
- If you are using an integrated system with software furnished by a third party, please check with your software provider before installing a new version of Rimage software.
- If you are using an integrated system with software furnished by a third party, please check with your software provider before installing Windows 7 in place of Windows XP.
