This article applies to non-embedded 8100, 7100 and 6100 systems. A non-embedded system does not have a computer inside and is required to be connected to an external control center. 

Non-embedded Producer III's are supported on software up through PSS 8.2 or earlier software versions. This software does not support Windows 7, and as a result, non-embedded Producer III products are also not supported on Windows 7.
