Issue: While using a black ribbon, jobs are failing at the printer with "Error 9 - Error dialog failed to start label retransfer - waiting for form feed to start transfer to disc." 
This is an issue specific to systems with Everest 400 printers and autoloader firmwares 6.024 and 6.027.

Solution: This issue is fixed with updated firmware, update your loader to the current version. Download the current firmware here.
