If you encounter a "Halogen Lamp Out" error message, please be sure to perform normal troubleshooting and reset procedures. If the problem persists, the printer will need to come in for hardware repair. If a customer is a non-warranty or partner customer that wants to purchase the parts and repair themselves, the fuse is integrated into the Heat Roller Assembly. The entire assembly would need to be replaced if this was being done in the field.
Additionally ensure the Everest III is on the latest firmware.
