Troubleshooting a printer not detected by the autoloader during startup

If Production Server does not detect the printer when it starts, refer to one of the following solutions.

  • Make sure the print ribbons or ink cartridges are properly installed, and make sure they haven't run out.
  • Make sure the USB cable is securely attached to the autoloader or PC.
  • Verify that the printer driver is installed.

If the above solutions do not resolve the issue, reinstall using the instructions attached
