Rimage technicians set up a private remote training session. The length of the typical training is from one to one and a half hours depending on the customer requirements. This session includes answering installation questions and connecting to a network. The software training and operator system use training is complete utilizing remote software access and video. Rimage also provides a complete training DVD with these materials as a follow up.
