Rimage Services is excited to launch a new online Help Center and Rimage disc publishing support website. This new Help Center tool provides a number of enhancements over our previous system.
· A new search engine makes finding relevant answers quick and easy.
· We flattened our access levels to provide more answers to the general user.
· The Help Center manages all support website content. Updates are immediately available on a web page or as a response to search requests.
· The new layout provides a greater number of solutions for legacy product users.
During the past sixty days our implementation team reviewed and updated each existing article and added more “how to” videos.
Going forward, our Help Center administrators will immediately update technical articles, post new software service packs or provide access to firmware updates.
