Slow print times occur with Rimage 2000i and OfficeNet software version 8.2 because the quality settings within the default label template are different than in previous versions of the software. To resolve this issue, change the default template settings to those used in older software versions.
Use the procedure below to change the template settings.
1. Open CD Designer.
2. Open rimage.btw located at c:\program files\rimage\cd designer.
3. From the CD Designer toolbar, select: File > Print. The Print window opens.
4. Select the Document Properties button. The Rimage Printer Properties window opens.
5. Change the Print Quality setting from Best to Normal.
6. Select OK. The Printer Properties window closes.
7. Close the Print window.
8. From the CD Designer toolbar, select: File > Save.
After you change the template settings, labels created in CD Designer should print with similar times as standard labels in previous versions of the Rimage 2000i or OfficeNet Software Suite.
