If you receive a "No Production Server Active" message when using QuickDisc, make sure that the Production Server status is set to Active, Processing orders in Rimage System Manager. Once the Production Server is set to this status, jobs can be processed.
1. Open Rimage System Manager.
2. Select Production Server. Production Server status information displays in the right panel, next to the Production Server icon.
3. If Production Server is paused or stopped, press the play button. Production Server starts.
- Note: If the start, pause, and stop buttons are gray and unavailable, refer to Starting the Rimage Services through the Windows Services console.
