Cleaning the disc detect sensor inside of the Rimage 2000i printer can fix printer hardware errors. Use the procedure below to clean the disc detect sensor.

Required Tools: Isopropyl alcohol

1. Open the front cover.



2. Slide the ink cartridge carriage to the left.



3. Locate the disc detect sensor on the right side of ink cartridge carriage.



4. Using isopropyl alcohol, clean the clear plastic piece on the bottom of the disc detect sensor.
