If discs are coming off the print pad, please verify that you are using the correct media. Also please make sure that the discs are placed on the print pad correctly. Check to make sure that:

• The disc is right-side up on the print pad.
• The disc is not warped.
• The disc does not have a clear coating on the edges.
• The center pin covers at least half of the disc thickness.
• The two front guide pins cover at least haft of the disc edge.
