Rimage technicians travel to your location for training. The session can include up to six individuals. The field technician will unpack, set up, and install your Rimage system(s), and address any networking and client-side software installation questions. The software training includes a complete review of the operator software functions, setting system options to maximize production and training to maximizing the use of Rimage videos and our online knowledgebase.
